Chasey Bynum is a small business owner, mom of three, and dedicated community advocate running for Oak Island Town Council. After moving from Greensboro in 2020 with her high school sweetheart, Matt, Chasey quickly became a part of the island’s fabric—serving on the Business Advisory Board, supporting local entrepreneurs, and championing common-sense solutions for safety, shoreline stewardship, and small-business growth. As the owner of Quicksand Beach Concierge, she brings firsthand experience with permits, hiring, and customer service.
